The Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) wishes to inform the general public especially the motoring public that there will be a road diversion at the intersection of Ring Road 1/Arterial Road N16 popularly called Gishiri/Nicon Junction.

The diversion is to enable the contractor carry out construction of a flyover bridge at the Gishiri/Nicon Junction linking Maitama district and Katampe District of the Federal Capital City (FCC), Abuja.

The general public is assured that provision for alternative routes are in place to be used to ensure safety and smooth vehicular movement while construction last.

Please also note that the Law Enforcement Agencies consisting VIO, FRSC and the Traffic Police have been deployed to ensure seamless traffic flow.

The Federal Capital Territory regrets any inconveniences this will cause the general public.
