The Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) hereby informs the general public of the plan to carry out critical improvement of the segment of the Access Road to the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport. To this end therefore, there will be temporary traffic control measures on the main access road to the Abuja Airport. These improvements are necessary to enhance the capacity and safety of both travelers and workers while essential upgrades are being completed.

Accordingly, certain lanes will be closed or rerouted, and traffic redirected by signage and personnel on site. This will result in longer travel time to and from the Airport.

• While these traffic controls last, please follow all posted signs and the instructions of on-site personnel.
• Drive cautiously and observe speed limits within the construction zone to ensure your safety and that of others.
• Consider using public transport or other transportation alternatives.
• The FCT Administration sincerely apologizes for any inconveniences caused by these developments.
